LOCO is a company spawned from a relentless lack of acceptance of the status quo within the health and fitness industry. We are here to provide a place of solace in an industry riddled with misinformation, intimidation, distraction, and too many unqualified “professionals”. Our purpose is to create a paradigm shift not only in the way we MOVE, but MORE importantly, in the DIALOGUE we have regarding all things “health and fitness”. We are dedicated to shifting focus to areas of need while delivering improved movement and understanding to any and all comers.

We are here to provide real empowerment through usable information and application, resulting in a rediscovery of movement quality and capacity.
