Group Training

We host group classes dedicated to teaching, restoring, maintaining and further developing the quality and capacity of movement in our participants. Let me say that again…. we teach and develop movement quality and capacity. We are a movement company. The reality is, the average person isn’t truly ready for “exercise” as it’s commonly taught. Our modern world doesn’t require much dynamic movement from us. That fact is compounded by way too much sitting. This can leave us ill equipped for “exercise”, which can increase risk of injury and prevent us from achieving the change we seek. Plus, many programs and beliefs are deeply flawed and are largely responsible for the existence of OUR classes. Our classes are not to be confused with your typical boot camp or chaotic “fat loss” trends. It’s extremely rare to find a class of that nature that effectively grooms and improves movement.

  5. Raise awareness on industry obstacles, misinformation and sabotaging behavior

  6. Influence perception and create healthy dialogue for empowerment and long term health

  7. Develop and implement strategies for long term self care for each participant

  8. Create an inclusive community based on trust, honesty, respect and support

  9. Re-orient our participants with nature and discuss it’s effect on health

  10. Change the lives of our participants far beyond the idea of “exercise”
